Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Pre-orders
Pre-order items go into production after your order is confirmed. Production takes 3–4 weeks, then delivery takes 1–2 weeks, so please allow 4–6 weeks in total.

Delivery time
For in-stock items, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days from shipment, depending on your location. Delays can happen due to customs or carrier issues.

Shipping costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Any duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout.

Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute an order once it has shipped.

Order not received
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery window, email us at the17hoodie@outlook.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement or refund you in full.
